Worth upgrading from GTX 560TI 2GB?

My current specs are
2500k OC @ 4.4
8GB
560 ti 2gb

I want to play planetside 2 at its best and future games.
If I trade in, the shop will give me £120 for the 560ti, good price?

So is it worth upgrading and if so, what to upgrade to with £400 max.

Edit: I'm thinking of getting the 7950, but I'm not sure about AMD.

Go for the 7950 and clock the nuts off it. The 560TI is still a good card and the 2GB is helping but it is getting old now and depending on your resoloution, it could be struggling a bit.
