Worth upgrading HD5870?

Not upgraded anything for a long time, and was thinking is it worth upgrading my card from a HD5870 to either a HD68xx series, or maybe one of the new HD7xxx in december?

What do you think?

7000 series maybe, but other than say GTX 580 or 6950xfire there isnt anything out now worth upgrading too.

I thought that could be the case.

I dont wanna spend the dollar unless its going to be a proper upgrade.
