Worth upgrading memory?

Currently I have 16GB of Kingston Fury Black 2400MHz, I have managed to overclock it to just over 2800MHz and it's been stable. I tried 3000MHz and it did not like it, so it has had me thinking if it’s worth swapping my current ram for something faster.

I was thinking of ram running at about 3200MHz, so my question is. Would it be worth swapping my ram and would it help running games better, as I have heard running ram at about 3000MHz on Skylake is supposed to be the sweet spot.

Also would it be worth get anything faster than 3200MHz?

Personally, I woudn't bother as the difference would be minimal & only show up in benchmarks.

I recently had to drop my 2133mhz DDR3 down to 1600mhz to test a problem I was having with my machine, & didn't notice the difference.
Running Firestike I think it cost me around 200-300 marks.

I've since put it back to 2133mhz & still can't see the difference !

So it makes little difference, I just wasn't sure if it made a difference to Skylake cpu's.
