Worth upgrading? Merc alpha to shinobi?

As title really, I have a bit of money that is burning a hole.
Would be more for aesthetic value (love the add on stealth drive bays) and for any increase in build quality/noise dampening.

Currently my alpha has all 8 fan slots filled so shinobi would be full as well.
(windowed shinobi I was thinking)

Any opinions why I should or shouldn't?
