Worth upgrading my CPU?

I currently have an Intel Z77 motherboard with an i5-3570K CPU and 16GB DDR3. My main tasks is web surfing, photo editing (LR) and some gaming in 1080p with a 780ti. My main bottleneck is the SSD capacity where even 512GB seem low due to my photos through all these years. Is there any reason to upgrade to the newest Intel or AMD CPUs? I see the new motherboards coming with NVe and more connectivity and was wondering about it...

Thx

Hi Vannis

Well for web surfing I'd say your covered!
Photo editing in Lightroom, my yardstick is how long it takes to render at 1:1 a 24 meg image from my D750. I require practically instant and get that with my i7 7700k and nearly had it with my old i5 4670k. I'd suggest your cpu is good enough and same for 1080p gaming, especially if like me you only want 60fps.

Do you have any overclock on that 3570K? I moved from 3770k 4.7ghz to Rysen 1700 at3.9ghz and the Rysen's image editing test scores less than the 3770k as it doesn't use multi-thread. So your CPU is still good especially with decent overclock. If you want to upgrade for the new features then the i7 7700k is better suited for you.
