worth upgrading my monitor?

hi all im thinking of upgrading my monitor but im not sure which models would be a decent upgrade? my current monitor is a Samsung T260HD and im using it for mainly gaming. im looking at a Asus VE278Q 27 or maybe a Iiyama ProLite E2773HDS but im really not sure if this would be a upgrade or not?
does anyone have any ideas of an upgrade ?

Powercolor 7950 PCS+ 3gb
Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R
intel i7 930
6GB ram
1TB Samsung F3
intel 320 series ssd 120gb

Unless your having problems with the samsung i dont see much of an upgrade with the monitors you mentioned, if you dont want to drop down in screen size then your best option is the 120hz sammys or 1400p like the hazro or dell u2711, if the budget wont stretch that far the benq 24" 120hz looks quite good
