Worth upgrading, or new build required?

Hi chaps,

My build is nearing 3 years old, and after purchasing Witcher 3 recently it is showing it's age abit:

Intel Core i5-4670K - Overclocked to 4.6ghz
Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure Edition CPU Cooler
Gigabyte Z87-D3HP
MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III Boost Edition 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card **NEW REVISION**
Samsung 120GB SSD 840 EVO SATA
Corsair Builder Series CX 600w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
Patriot Viper "Black Mamba" Generation 3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000C11 2133MHz Dual CHannel Kit

I was wondering if this build is salvageable with an upgrade at all? I could be looking to splash out on a new PC, but I don't really play demanding games, mostly CS:GO, Overwatch, Heroes of the storm/dota 2 etc. I will most likely be picking up Battlefield 1 when it's released in October also.

Thanks in advance !

What's your current gpu, as this may be what is holding you back with newer games. Rest of your setup looks fine tbh.

I forgot to include it :O Edited now. It's:

MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III Boost Edition 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card **NEW REVISION**

I do think this may be what's holding it back. Perhaps could get a bigger SSD or more/better RAM.

Thanks

A new gpu would make the most difference for games, also 8gb of ram at 2133mhz is still ok for games. A larger ssd would help too for quicker loading of games installed onto it.
