Worth Upgrading to this?

I have an Athlon X2 4200+ with 2GB DDR Ram in a Asus A8N, would I see much performance increase in upgrading to:

Gigabyte GA-M720-US3 (Socket AM2+) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 7750+ Black Edition 2.70GHz
Corsair XMS2 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C5

You would see a performance increase, but i'd recommend to just save your money and then get the phenom II tri core 720, with 4gb of DDR3 RAM. Would be much more worth it.

More bang for buck? The above only comes to about £154.

Nah I wouldn't bother with it, £150 for just slight performance increase. Save up and upgrade in the future.

im with saving up and getting something better
atm im sving for a 940 be phenom2 mobo and psu gona cost me a lot but itll b worth it lol
