Well i have currently got £500 To spend from Christmas to which i am currently in the process of buying The following items:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-026-OK
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-082-OC

And either:

Or

Once i have bought the Memory and Monitor i will have
£170 To spend on whatever else i would need, What i would like to know is if watercooling is worth the price or should i get the Tuniq Tower.

I already understand that ACF7 PRO< Tuniq Tower< Switech Kit But would also like to know the following the things:
  • Improvement in temperatures between the Tuniq Tower and my ACF7 PRO
  • Improvement in temperatures between the Swiftech H20-120 and the Tuniq Tower
  • Improvement in temperatures between the Swiftech H20-120 and my ACF7 PRO
I have ruled out getting a custom WC kit as i am waiting on the new Quads to be released and if i got with either of these cooling solutions i will be left with £100 to purchase one of them.

If i do go with the Swiftech kit Would there be anything else i need to buy with it such as adapters, extra cooling, thermal grease,

Another thing i would like to know is what kind of coolant i would need to use, I've heard that i could use Distilled water but would it be any different from those listed here?

If your not willing to spend a few more quid, better off with the tuniq. Water you need to be commited and spend more to make it worth it

TheRedZealot If you want to cool the CPU only then it might be useful if read this thread for further information. The compact kit you have linked to is not the extreme version as discussed and tested in the link below. Would be worth investigating imo, asking OCuK when they will have stock of this particular extreme kit.

Swiftech H20 220 extreme compact kit

If you were to use this *Kit* you would be fine with distilled water only. fluids (Feser for example) tend to be used if you are mixing metals ie copper and aluminum blocks in the same loop for example or using phase (anti freeze/ extreme cooling).

I was wondering why OcUK werent stocking that particular Kit, I will ahve a look round on other sites and i will also webnote asking if they are going to stock it. How often would i have to change the distilled water in my loop if do decide to go that way?
