Worth upgrading yet? Or wait

Quick question, not upgraded for a few years and I'm getting the itch,

Here is my current spec:

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5 (Rev 1.0)
CPU: LGA 1366 I7 930
GPU: ATI HD5870 VAPOR-X OC 2GB GDDR5
Memory: 3 X 2Gb 1600 Corsair Platinum
CPU Cooler: Coolmaster V8
Hard Drive 1: OCZ 256gb Vertex 4 SSD
Hard Drive 2: WD 800Gb
Case: Corsair 800D

So my question, is it worth upgrading yet or should I wait until newer technology is out.

If upgrade, what should I upgrade first?

That's not a bad rig at all. Might as well wait for Haswell before you even think of changing the CPU and mobo, it's rumoured to land in the spring time.

5870 vs 7850

The 5000 series was actually better than the 6000 series, confusing I know. The 1GB of VRAM is your main limiting factor but if you keep AA off and MSAA it will help keep the VRAM needed to a minimum. If you want to get a better GPU now I won't talk you out of it for sure
