worth upgrading?

currently on 7800GTX 256mb sli , would it be worth me upgrading to 7900GTX 512? (single card for now)

To be honest i doubt very much it would be worthwhile for you to upgrade to the 7900GTX considering it really isnt much better than the card you already have. I also find it doubtful that you would notice any difference in anything other than benchmarks between the 2.

You would be wasting your money, unless you went to SLI straight away and even then the increase is small

I have two BFG 7800gtx oc in sli... I have the money to cover 4X XFX 7900GTX XXX cards, but I m going to wait for the daul core cards (G80 or 8800GTX this december)
