Worth upgrading?

I've got a 512MB 8800GT at the moment and was wondering if I'd see a worth while improvement if I bought a 512MB 9800 GTX+?

My other question is how do the 2 cards compare in size? The 8800GT is in an mATX case which doesn't have too much space to play with.

mine goes about 1/2 an inch over edge of ATX motherboard if that helps.

I would say no. It's still just a G92...either go RV770 or GT200
