worth upgrading?

I built a new computer last september,gtx 260,4 gigs ram,quad core q9330 processor,Im just wondering would it be worth it if I upgraded my card to say a gtx 295?or should I wait for the 300 series?
 
Unless you're having real trouble playing games the way you want to on your hardware, then imho it's better to wait until you can get a bit more of an upgrade for your investment.
