Worth upgrading?

I have a Jetway GTX 460 1GB (675MHZ) graphics card. It overclocks at stock voltage to 800MHZ with afterburner without any problems, and runs under full load at about 65oC.

It runs most of my games no problems, but I have noticed some slow down whilst playing Medal of Honour multiplayer on highest settings at 1920x1080.

Would it be worth getting a better Nvidia card, or running two Radeons in crossfire? My pc's specs are:

Asus P8P67
i5 2500K 3.3GHZ @ 4.3GHZ
4GB ram
Coolermaster GX750W psu

What would you folks recommend? Would the psu cope with a crossfire setup?

I dont know why but i have never liked the idea of xfire or SLI i would rather have jsut 1 card powerful enough for the task. I think its just because there never used to be too much support for xfire but there seems to be allot more now

Thanks folks. At the moment I am upping the OC on my Jetway. Got it up to 880MHz at 1.08V (stock voltage is 1.025v). Can't go any higher as that's the highest the voltage slider can go in afterburner. But even at this OC it only gets up to 70oC under full load (max temp is stated as 105oC!).

May upgrade to a couple of Radeons, though the Nvidia cards seem to be getting the better reviews in the PC mags.

Choices, choices!
