Worth Upgrading?

My current system built late 2007 comprises the following -:


NZXT Case
620W Corsair HX Series Modular SLi
ABIT IP-35 Pro, iP35 Express, S775
Intel Core 2 Quad-Core Q6600 G0 SLA
4GB (4x1GB) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR
GeForce 8800GT Graphics
2 x WD 36Gb Raptor (RAID)
1TB Samsung Spinpoint F1
Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme 7

Is it worth selling or breaking up to get funds for a new rig? (If so what sort of money are we talking for my existing kit?)

Or would I get away with just upgrading the Graphics card to play the latest games?

the graphics card needs updating, but the Q6600 is still a perfectly good chip, even today. Think about a 560.
Maybe an extra stick of ram?

I was hoping that was the answer, will save me a couple of hundred
