Worth While Upgrade??

Is the following a worth while upgrade from the system i have in my sig?...

ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Mobo
i5 3570k 3.4Ghz CPU
Corsair H60 CPU Cooler
4x2GB Corsair DD3 Vengeance Jet Black Memory
Antec P280 Case
2TB WD Caviar Green
2GB EVGA GTX 660 Ti GPU

PC is mainly for gaming and will be OC the i5 to around 4Ghz-4.4Ghz dependent on the Sabertooth??

I'd wait for Haswell. Even though It doesn't look like it's gonna be setting the world on fire, sounds like about the right time to get an upgrade from what you have. Could be delayed also, as Intel has now pretty much a monopoly on desktop processors at the higher end, so no rush.
