Worthwhile upgrade for £355?

Everything has crumbled.. :'( I cannot buy anything I wanted before. Mate cant buy PC. And So I am down to £355. My spec is in my sig, I just want to be able to get good fps in games.

Is that motherboard am3?
Might be wroth dropping in a phenom quad a new psu and getting something like a 560ti, you should see vast improvements :)

I have it as 3x2GB and 1x1GB. Also, I think I can stretch too £400/£450 if it can get me some thing better. And please give me reasons to tell my parents :D

Thanks guys, I heard that the Black Edition fans are very loud and my current fan is loud too, Could you recommend a heatsink fan? And can I overclock at all on my motherboard?
 
basically yes, but i think your meant to use the multiplier for big jumps then use the fsb for tweaking etc. do it slowly testing the system frequently :)
 
Dont forget Greavsys cooler suggestion if you can stretch to it, the PhenomII copper heatsink is a loud one also.
