Worthwhile upgrade?

I currently have a 6850 hd And am thinking of upgrading to a 7850 my question is is this a worthwhile upgrade or is the 6950 a better choice?

Would it be a better option just to buy another 6850 and run them in crossfire or? Would I see much difference?

Is the 7870 worth pushing the extra money for or? I only game at 1920x1080

It looks like a nice spec card,I do wonder though how dual 6850s would compare! Anyone?

But I also worry for the lack of VRAM with the 7859 I would get a extra 1 gig over the 6850s
