Worthy Upgrade?

Would this upgrade be justifiable?
And am i right in thinking i can use x2 on my current board by flashing the bios?

And before anyone says, yes, i am aware my board doesn't support SLi, im gonna perform the mod to allow this though.

Upgrade Spec
DFI LanParty Nf4 Ultra-D
AMD64 X2 3800
2GB Corsair PC3200XL TwinX (4x512mb) or 2GB GeIL PC3200 Value (2x1GB)
2x Inno3D 6800GT SLi or 1x 7800GT 256mb

I don't want an ATI card never have liked them.

If i upgrade only my graphics card and ram won't my cpu be bottleneck?

Lets say these specs:

3200+
7800GT
2gb ram
