Worthy Upgrade?

Would like some new toys to play with but not sure if it's worth the outlay.

Thinking about this lot:

Is there a certain cpu which is better to go for? Can you get 4Ghz out of that 7500?

Edit: Just noticed i would have to swap out the ram would'nt i? The 5300 might be a better solution....

Yeh i thought GPU only might have the been the best upgrade option...think i'll order myself a nice 4890 then!
