worthy upgrade

As above, i swapped one of my x58 rigs for an ib setup, no real difference in performance. Basically i fancied trying something new.

I agree with all of the above. The only benefits being, true SATA 6G, PCIE 3 and more USB 3 ports.

Performance wise it might save you a few pounds a year in electricity.

I had an X58 rig with a 990X in it. My IB 3770K at 4.5Ghz is better in games but thats it.

Keep what you have.
