Yeah, but one card is usually better than two in some games. 6950s scale well and have more vRAM

Ok gggrrr I'm stuck again in the land of gfx cards i just want to buy a card that will play the likes of bf3 at good quality,

Id go for a Sapphire 6950 TOXIC and flash bios to 6970 (its as easy as a switch on the back....literally) and your good to go.

This is £239 i think from OCUK.

Thats what im buying tomorrow anyways.

Thats what im saying....you cant mess it up...there is literally a switch on the card that you click over to make it a 6970 same shaders, clock speed etc. Youtube it mate.
