Would 2 thicker 120 rads make a temp difference and increase cooling efficiency?

Basically trying to max out my cooling here with the space i have in my matx case!

I have 2 of these at the moment:

But thinking maybe upgrading to 2 thicker rads... would i see a difference?

Please bare in mind if the tops of the rads (where the inlet/outlets are) are too tall i won't be able to close my case lid!

Are you running your rads with PUSH/PULL fans? If not that would probably be your best bet.

I don't think you'd see much difference going from ~45mm to ~60mm.

They should be a good upgrade if you have fans with good enough pressure output to push air through them.

i don't think it'll be worth it.

also push/pull IS pointless from a noise/performance perspective.

Im not running push/pull cos like others have said i dont want extra noise for very little gain. If a bigger rad can help me drop my temps by a few more degrees then i'd be more than happy to fork out for it however if a bigger rad means no gains then i wont ofc.

I like and wouldn't mind 2 monsta rads in my system however im concerned about fittig them in due to the top fill ports they have on each inlet and outlet port. Alternatively it would mean having to rotate the radiators 180 so the ports are on the other side facing towards the case like how i had it before initially.
