You want to match capacity, speed, timings and voltage.

That will be fine as long as all the speeds, values etc match.

Ok, the OcUK one has 1.5 v
the one I have is 1333MHz RAM Speed, CAS 9-9-9-24 Timings, 1.8-1.9v VDIMM
the ocuk one is the same, but the v is different

Sell your one and buy a matched pair sounds easiest.

You may get your run to run at a lower V, buts its stability cant be guaranteed.

Yep, W7 pro 64bit, this is to do with HDD's and stuff, should I do a re-install, as we got a new 500gb (used) from MM, I have 160 gb right now, will I need to do re install for using the 500gb as boot? or could i transfer the os?

Do a nice fresh install.

Download the latest drivers for the GFX/sound/chipset etc.
