Would a gaming chair be considered hardware?

Wasn't quite sure where to post this question!

Thinking of a gaming chair as my xmas present to myself as my current home office chair is a little tatty. The only challenge is I'm a fairly big bloke.

Can anyone suggest what are the better makes/ models for someone who is 6'5" ish and pretty broad?

Not sue where Ica go to be able to etst them out... Was liking the DX Racer series, but all advice appreciated.

+1 for DX Racer very good build quality and size. No lumber support built in so you have a choice of using the lumber cushion or not unlike other chairs.

It is essential hardware if you are trying to sneak it past the missus.
