Would a Netgear 834GT work with aol?

Im selling one on a auction site and some one is asking me it would work with aol as only some routers work with aol?

Surely adsl is adsl? i dont know for certain hence why im asking

I've no personal experience of this, but apparently you can get issues accessing secure sites at default MTU settings on some routers.

If the MTU is adjustable in the web interface then it will be fine.

Wait for some confirmation on this before getting back to that guy though

It'll work (as long as you set the MTU to 1400) but I'd avoid the GT. In my experience they're pretty shoddy.

AOL supply the non GT version (ie, the 834G) in their wireless home packages, so I'd assume it would work ok.
