Hi Guys,
I'm in the middle of building my first custom loop and would like to know if a single d5 would be enough for the following:

Asus GTX 1080 ti Poseidon
I7 8700k with monoblock on a hero x
Alphacool 480mm 60mm thick Rad
Alphacool 360mm 45mm thick Rad

My case is massive (Thermaltake W100) and I just cant make my mind up if I should have a dual loop or 2 reservoirs and a single d5....I have to 2 rads so figured I'd use them and cut a bit of fan noise down. Should I even ditch the 360mm and just run with the 480mm?

All chip ins appreciated!

You would be fine with a single D5. where possible just try to avoid lots of bends as the more bends will create flow restrictions. I've seen people with corsair 900d Cases running single D5 pumps with SLI and 3+ radiators .

Yeah will be fine. I've ran 3 radiators (2x480 + 240) 2 gpu blocks and cpu block without issue. Around 1800rpm no difference between that and a higher speed.

Yeah will be fine, i've thrown a lot more than that into builds and the d5 always seems to keep plodding along fine.
