Would a tablet running Win 7 be able to join the domain?

Would a tablet such as the Acer Iconia tab W500, which comes installed with windows 7, be able to connect to a windows domain?

as long as it has at least windows 7 pro then yes. Getting it on to ours was tricky because of the lack of ethernet but it works fine now on the corporate wireless

depends on what version of windows 7 it was, is it not pro and above that support domains on win7?

So you had full access to network shares and printers etc?

Of course. Well it wasn't this exact tablet, but it is all much of a muchness i'd imagine.
