Would a Z790 and i5-12600K be ok for gaming in 2025?

So my son wants a gaming PC.

I don't want to spend thousands.

Would something like this be ok? i5-12600K with a RTX-4060

So he wants to play Fortnite.

Currently, he plays on PS5 on a LG TV - 4K at 120fps.

I am not sure if that will be possible on this type card?

Would 1440p be a better option? (Sorry, I am not a gamer - So I don't know much)
