would adding more ram lower my oc ?

At the moment I have 8GB (2 x 4GB sticks) and i'd like to add another 2 x 4GB sticks as its quite cheap at the minute. Would this interfere with my overclock ? i have my 1100T at 4.2GHZ at the moment.
Any info is appreciated ^^

Thubans have memory controllers rated up to 1600mhz so you should have no problem up to those speeds by filling all 4 slots even though it will stress the memory controller more, at 4.2ghz you will be fine

The coolermaster V6GT plus it is stupidly cold in my house ^^

Should be fine, worst case scenario would be having to up the voltages a little.
