would all my components fit this tower ?

I am not sure if HP uses their own form factor motherboards and psu's or they uses standard size components. Could do with a piccy of the inside of your case. If they are standard size then they should fit although why you would want to fit them in a case thats worth almost as much as the components is beyond me. Something like the Coolermaster 335 at a fraction of the price would do the job just as well.
 
Yeah the case will be worth about the same as the pc. It should fit though, because it looks like a matx board to me but it may be a custom size board.
