I'm looking to eek as much out of my E5200 as possible, as my Neo2-FR won't do more than 3.4Ghz

Are either of the above likely to get me more, or should I just stick with it?

All other specs will remain as per my sig.
 
imo, i'd stick with it..

any slight performance gain won't be worth the ££

get 4gb ram instead.
 
Not worth the money. My E5200 will not do any more in my P5E under water than it does in my Gigabyte P35 DS3R (that i paid £28 for) and Freezer 7 Pro.
