Would I be mad to...

Not sure the resale value of the titan would be justifiable now that the 780 has been released anyway, unless the current store prices are daft.

Is there enough demand for a 2nd hand Titan now the 780's are out? Not enough to get much money back i'd guess, to make the switch worth it.

Titans will hold their value for those that want/need the DP floating point performance, if you can find someone that requires that, you could make a decent swap of it with some change in your pocket.

Once again, keep the Titan.

Resale means that you won't save enough to make downgrading to a GTX 780 worth it. If you bought the Titan in the first place you should have known that value for money wasn't going to be its strong point.

Stemming from fear of making the wrong choice, guilt over extravagance, or a suspicion of having been overly influenced by the seller-buyers remorse.:p

Keep it though, less chance of an upgrade if Volcanic Island just matches/surpasses Titan, if you swap it for a 780, no doubt you will want an upgrade again.:)

do you need the cash? Then sell it and get the 780.

if you dont care about the money and wont cry when you see it loose 80% of its value over the next 18 months.. then keep it :P

I'd keep the Titan since you've made the purchase already :P You probably won't be looking at *that much* cash after selling it second hand and buying a new 780. Wouldn't make financial sense for me.
