Would I benefit from more RAM?

Probably wouldn't notice an huge difference to be honest. Huge amounts of RAM would be more beneficial if you use video editing programs but not so much during games.

What type of HDD are you running? SSD Would probably speed up your boot times any games make better use of the access rates.
