Would I bottle Neck?

I'm planning on getting a MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti OC Twin FrozR II and I'm running on a Intel Q9550 @ 2.83ghz

I also have a AMD Phemon II 940 Black Edition installed on another mother board

Quick easy question and as the title asks you, would I get major bottle necks if I used a MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti OC Twin FrozR II with the Intel Q9550 or the AMD Phemon II 940 ?

I doubt it, i know of people who have 570's in a Q9*** sytem and they don't complain of major problems.

I dont know a lot about the 775 socket though.

I see, okay one last question. Would card fit inside my Antec 300 case?

Length of GPU = 238mm

Space in Antec 300 = 267mm (10.5")

There is always a bottleneck somewhere and again it really depends on the game. My thoughts are that no quad core should be seen as a bottleneck or at least not a serious one
