I play a bit of CS and BF2 and such like

Also doa fair bit of AVI-DIVX converting so the ram would be a big improvment for this?

PS whats the difference between Winni + Venice?

Edit: With the upgrade its only going to cost about £150 as second hand card and selling on my items s it worth it?

Yeh, I'd say that would be worth it.

Venice is a newer revision of the AMD64 - they often clock a lot better, have a better memory controller and run cooler.

If you are overclocking, and have a decent mobo, you could get a cheaper Venice and clock it to about the same as a more expensive Venice. They all tend to top out around 2.7 Ghz on air and 2.9Ghz on water (being optimistic).
