I play a bit of CS and BF2 and such like

Also doa fair bit of AVI-DIVX converting so the ram would be a big improvment for this?

PS whats the difference between Winni + Venice?

Edit: With the upgrade its only going to cost about £150 as second hand card and selling on my items s it worth it?
