Would i notice a difference

Would i notice a difference between a 8800GTS 640 going to a 9800gt 512.

I mainly play call of duty 4 and world at war on 1680x1050 with no AA on the 8800GTS

I am running a Q6600 and 4gb ram in my pc aswell.

The reason i ask is because i have a 9800gt in a pc downstairs and i am able to swap them if i wanted to.

if the 9800gt downstairs is being wasted on regular compuer tasks then just put it in the computer mate. there will be a performance boost. there was a decent performance boost from 8800gts 640mb to 8800gt so i imagine itd be a little better than that for the 9800gt.

9800gt is a 8800gt, just with 3xsli support, performance in single card setups are the same

use newest drivers for both 180.48 for an extra free boost
