There would be a massive difference.
I bought Gigabyte K8N51GMF nForce 6100 Micro ATX (Socket 754) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-054-GI) for my old A64, its a good little board, and the onboard vga will come in handy sometime, case the video card goes wrong or i upgrade my parents pc when i'm done with it.
