a socket 939 amd 64 3200 with 2 gig of geil ram (4x512mb) to an Asrock Dua Vsta using 1 gig of ddr1(2x512mb) and either an e6300,e6400 or an e6600. I am on a budget of up to £200. my current graphics card is a 7800 gt. Thank you.

If you play games on highest settings (COD2, BF2, Oblivion etc) it would be better to keep your 2gb of RAM than to upgrade. Although with the current prices of DDR you might be able to get a few quid by selling the 512 sticks off thus increasing your budget to incorporate 2gb of DDR2 maybe.
