Would it matter running a Atom 330 on a full ATX psu?

Would it matter running a Atom 330 on a full ATX psu?

I presume it would only draw the power required so I would still get the advantage of the low power usage?

Yes. But if it said mATX then it will be a case size restriction, not a motherboard restriction.

Plus a full ATX PSU may have a higher power waste than a smaller one, so although the board is low power, you will still be using more power than with a good mATX PSU or even a picoPSU.

Yeah its all a matter of efficiency, it will run it fine it will just waste more power than needed, which can be quite a big difference on low power itx builds, you might double the running cost. Those picoPSUs Are ludicrously efficient, some are around 96% efficient.
