Would like a cheap but good mountain bike light for off road

I found this front light on eBay and was wondering if it was any good (probably not!), if not could any of you point me in the right direction.

Looks similar to a light I use on my road bike. It's good, and it serves me well on unlit badly surfaced roads, so it might be ok for you offroad. Make sure you get high capacity batteries. A beam spreading lens is worthwhile as well.
