Ok so i bought an SSD which uses the SATA3 interface.
i would like a sata 3 option so heres what i thought of
i currently use:
i7 920 at 4ghz
asus p6t
1 msi R5850
1 xfx 5850
the plan was to go and get that 25quid sata card with usb 3 ports on the back but like all things there was a problem which this option, because my ***** board is so poorly laid out i cant access the PCI -E ports because they are under the graphics cards, how ever there is a bottom slot PCI-E
so... heres what i thought off.
1.get a new motherboard with everything better laid out, x58 one,
or i could go for a sandybridge and just buy the cpu with it.
2. go for 1 480gtx after all its a decent upgrade from 1 5850, and sell the 5850s and get a sata 3 card
or just put up with the slight performance decrease of my SSD.
3. money isnt really a problem, just thought id try and save some for once.
would love some suggestions please but i get the feeling it will be the last option
