Would like to upgrade my CPU

Need some help please on upgrading my CPU

I have a AMD 939, 64 3.0gig processor and would like to put the AMD 64 4.0gig as they are so cheap on OC.
First would my current motherboard handle it if the BOIS was up to date?
Would i need a another heat sink and fan?
Would MY PSU be able to handle it to?

Been trying to look at the motherboard web site but have no luck in what it can really do.

Current PC specs
AMD 64 3gig on LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-D
2gig ram GForce 7800 GT Oc 256M
Sound blaster X-FI
ViewSonic 19in VX922

any help would be great

Hi i have a Antec Truepower 430w PSU
but i have one of those Thermaltake cases with 7 fans

You recon it will be all ok

Brought It summer 06 at the same time i brought myDFI MB all from OC

Yer have been looking at them, i think my mother board can take the AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core, but i have no idea what speed it will take. would it be better than the AMD 64 4gig as im into my gaming. /cheer for Vanguard & BF2142. lol

hi again just have one more question
On my DFI mortherboard the BOIS was flashed i hope when i had my pc build by my mate but how do u tell what version ** BOIS has been flashed to.
