Gigabyte p53 ds3

Budge around 400. I am thinking of an i5, 8gb ram, suitable motherboard and the new 660 ti but not sure if it can fit within my budget

Thanks a lot, I can go up to to 450 if it will help, think I need a better CPU. How does 7850 compares to 660?

My case is Lian Li PC7+ and my PSU is Corsair 520watts. Is that okay?
