Would my CPU hold me back?

Hello all,

At the moment my rig is as follows:
ABIT AV8
3000+Winnie
9800PRO
32000 Ballistix
Raptor
Tagen 480PSU

Im please with my system but think its time for an upgrade. What I would like to do is just uupgrade the Motherbaord and Graphics. Have around a £350 budget.

What im a little worried about is would my other components hold me back so much its not worth upgrading? I do plan to upgrade the other parts (when I have some more £'s)

Any adivce appriciated.

Are you overclocking at all?

I'm just thinking a new graphics card if your gamer. Maybe an extra 1GB if you haven't got 2.

Yeah it is AGP, thats why I want to upgrade really.

Agreed! And id expect at least 2.4 out of the cpu with some decent air
