would someone be able to make this simple pattern for me?

have been playing for the last couple hours on some "free business card design" sites, where you can edit the design etc then download it. well turns out it's not free, but free to edit then you need to create an account for them to spam you, then after that you need to pay to download it

bit cheeky when out of the whole design they were giving i only really wanted the background any way. would someone be able to create something similar to this?
