Well i emailed corsair all nice as pie and said its in the mail. Fast Fwd two years and i got the upgrade kit for FREE

I've never had to claim through royal mail so is there a certain thing I have to do to claim?

i dont know if you can claim without cert of postage. When you send an item you can get free cert of postage and covers you for £41
