Would this give me a faster connection?

For the past 2 years i have been stuck with the same old crummy wireless adapter and as a result to that i am now convinced that wireless is crap and will never give you good speeds... I realized that my Wireless USB was around 5 years old and could that possibly be limiting my net? my speeds with this USB are these

Im Using an Apple Time Capsule for wifi, I am looking at this one as a replacement http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-190-NG

Would i get faster speeds with that, We Pay for 50MB/S and that result was with only my pc and my brothers laptop on

I've got that adaptor and it works really well for me. It was a massive step up from my old adaptor - which was also about 4-5 yeard old at the time!

However it it will depend on a large amount of factors - line of sight to router, the wireless speed the router supports and the router itself.

The Router is directly in the room to my right and its located high up in the air, Does the adapter support 5GHz?

I would suggest getting something with a proper aerial. Just because it is more expensive does not make it better!

brought the N600, speeds speak for them selves now..Upload is crap but i dont really care about that
