Would this heatsink fit ??

Just wondering if the heatsink above would fit nicely in my motherboard, and also not touching my RAM...

I have

Asus P8P67 Pro
2 x Corsair XMS3 8GB

With that cooler.

The fan on the side of the heatsink just clears the RAM.

If it had been ram with taller heatsinks then the fan would have had to go on the other side!

I know it's not the same motherboard, but it may help.
